Disney Institute seminar to be held at Iowa Central
Fort Dodge has been given a unique opportunity – to bring the renowned Disney Institute to the Iowa Central Community College campus for a one-day seminar, August 26th from
8:30 – 4:30, entitled “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service.” Participants will be able to explore world-renowned Disney principles for service excellence, and discover how attention to detail can create a consistent, world-class service environment for any organization. We see this opportunity as a way to add value to our business communities by bringing in best practices from The Walt Disney Company and sharing ways to apply the “Disney business magic” to local organizations.
